Each piece is hand-made to order. Given the collaborative nature of this production process, unless there is shipping damage, returns are not accepted.

Please allow for 4–7 days for your handmade piece to be shipped to you.

Each piece is carefully prepared with a proprietary three-step process: resting the wood, submerging it in a 24-hour oil bath, and finishing with wax to lock in the oil. This is to ensure that your piece maintains its luxury quality with a minimalist care routine.

Although we have taken many steps to reduce the amount of maintenance required for each piece, if the wood surface becomes dry and worn out simply apply this beeswax and mineral oil product. Wait 15 minutes and wipe clean. This should be done every 5-6 months depending on use.

For non-food contact product, such as coasters, a high grade food-safe hard-wax oil finish is used to provide extra protection against water staining.

For products that include an area that contact food, mineral oil is soaked thoroughly into the piece and once dry a protective layer of a proprietary blend of mineral oil, beeswax and carnauba wax is used.

Each piece is made by hand in-house unless otherwise stated.
